"I was BLOWN AWAY at the Professionalism of Terra! She was already busy, but she still took the time to Renew my Sofie....and she needed it so badly. After I was injured in a car wreck and had to have surgery. I got behind on wire brushing her....being a Long Haired Ragdoll Breed. Poor baby had so many mats but now she is Gorgeous! Thank You Terra!! I will be bringing her back soon!"
"Do NOT take your pet to this place! It took from 3:00PM - 9:30PM for my dog to be groomed. I witnessed a man who worked at Preferred by pets walk a pit bull to let it go potty, he way yelling at the dog and jerking hard on the leash to the point he chocked to dog every time he yanked it . I also had to owner to tell me my inside dog was matted and was so fifty that she left behind ticks and fleas and dirt in her pet carrier. My dog takes a tea and tick pill and I drove her there in my four runner. To top it off the owner handed me a treat bag thank goodness I had time to check them out because there was tons of bugs that were coming out of holes in the big bones."
