"Roger replaced our sand base with vermiculite then installed a new liner, filter and pump. We talked at length about several other issues like the cracked concrete around the pool, poor placement of the jets, etc. While these things will eventually need to be addressed he never tried to pressure me into anything that wasn't immediately needed and was very knowledgeable about his trade. He arrived everyday at daybreak and left most nights at sunset and stayed on the job until it was completed. If he saw a thing that needed replacing he did it without charge or consulted me if it was costly. Both he and his son Chris were very kind and respectful to our children and obnoxious dog, my daughter calling Chris her second favorite person. I am not the easiest customer to work for as my expectations are high. He met them with no trouble. At the end of the job l had to fight with him about a $500 bonus I wanted to give him which he ultimately gave to his church after leaving a couple hundred dollars worth of chemicals. Roger is a man of integrity, a great communicator, and is a rare find in today's world of high volume high pressure business. I highly recommend this company without reservation."
