"Sent in two online requests for an appointment, the only thing I got back was a form email saying someone would contact me "next week". Never heard anything else. Eventually I called to make an appointment, the woman who answered clearly had no idea what she was doing, she claimed she was new so I gave her some leeway. She gave me a date and time but no other instructions on what to bring or anything, which was odd. I never got any sort of reminder call, so the day of the appointment I called to confirm. Straight to voicemail. I called probably a dozen times throughout the day and all of them went straight to voicemail. I live an hour away and I just wanted confirmation before I made the drive. Needless to say I never got an answer and nobody ever called me back regarding my voicemail, so I didn't make the trip. For a place that specializes in helping depressed people, they've made it very clear that I'm not important."
