"Since leaving a review is my best option at the moment, I live in a trailer park called Whispering Pines in Cullman, AL on 278 we have lived here for three years and not once have we ever had a problem with getting ahold of any landlord we have had not until MJ Properties they won’t answer the phone when I call to have our ac unit fixed and nothing else has been fixed here either. There’s an older women across from us that has been needing stuff fixed in her trailer as well and nobody has fixed anything there either. Either fix it or legal matters will be taken. Oh and it’s 90 to 100 degrees this week and we have a 2 year old little girl that DON’T NEED TO BE DEALING WITH THE HEAT!!"

"I lived in a home they managed for a few years and didn’t have many problems except for incapable maintenance crew. Until I moved out that is. They refuse to follow their own rules in the lease AND alabama law in relation to the security deposit. They also will stop responding if you appeal their decision. They overcharge immensely and don’t care if you’re disabled. I wished I could have left on better terms as I only moved out because me and my newly wed husband just bought a house. I liked living there but I wish the management had compassion for others instead of only looking out for themselves. All I will say to any future tenants or current tenants, check your lease and alabama tenant laws when you move out. Be sure to be aware of what they are required to do so you don’t have this happen to you. They will take advantage if they believe you don’t know your rights."

"I would give no stars if possible. I have called every day since mj properties took over our rental and have gotten no response yet. I have left 5 messages, 2 emails, and a request through the portal (which they charge you an extra $10 to use every time you pay rent). I'll let you guys know when I finally get a call back, but I'm not holding my breath to ever get a response. Oh the leasing office only handles maintenance request ."
