"Wrens Nest Way has been my home for 4.5 years and it has been wonderful. The townhome is spacious and comfortable including sound proof walls and well-crafted design with well thought out floor planning for added space. The area is quiet and is in walking distance to downtown northport and the park. The complex is pet friendly and the neighbors are all young professionals who are considerate and kind. Highly recommend!"

"I lived in a blue moon property for 2 years and I loved every second of it! The management are easy to work with, super responsive, & quick to solve problems, although I rarely had any because this place is in great condition! I would highly recommend booking a tour and finding a quality apartment that will feel like home! Treat yourself to happy apartment living in Tuscaloosa or Northport!!"

"I must say, the apartments are amazing. I have never stayed in anything nicer and they are well designed. However, the property owner/manager is constantly busy and while I never had any dire emergencies things were never followed through with and got accomplished on time. There were lots of excuses on their end. The property manager has a number of properties in the area and I think there should be more delegation happening to alleviate stress so that tenants can have issues handled properly. There is no formal way to handle maintenance requests, so you have to contact and wait and hope it will get done in an appropriate amount of time. On a lighter note, the Wrens Nest is in a safe area and is well maintained on the outside. I would recommend these apartments, but I would be weary of making sure you get everything in writing and be persistent about getting things fixed because it could take a while since there is no full-time maintenance person."

"I've rented from Blue Moon Properties for over 4 years now and I've loved both of the units that I've leased (apartment and town home), as well as the location - downtown Northport area.The town homes are super cute and comfy and perfect for me and my pets. I appreciate the artsy details put into the design of both the interior and exterior of the home. The area is awesome as it is walking distance from several really cool locally owned shops and restaurants, and not too far of a drive or bike ride from the UA campus. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and friendly and in my experience, most of the surrounding neighbors are either graduate school students or working professionals. I've really enjoyed living here over the past few years and I will miss it!"
