"Amy put me onto a waitlist and never got back to me. Several months later I reached out to find out why I never heard from her. Amy replied and she lied to me about sending the email and explained to me what a spam folder is and said it probably just went there, i never got a message from her in my spam and I had spoken to her before in my main inbox so that didn't make any sense. I eventually did receive a reluctant apology email saying “it is possible I mistakenly removed you from my waitlist in error” BINGO Blaming a potential client for your own mistake is unprofessional and barely being able to own up to it. She said she could help me find a different therapist so I’m not waiting “months and months to find one” her words… as if."
