"Please, please, please NEVER take your jewelry to K&K’s for repair. I took my wife’s necklace to K&K’s on Monday August 15th 2022 and was told that the latest my repair would be done by that Thursday. I called several times between the time I dropped it off and when I eventually picked it up and each time I was told that my repair was next in line (apparently for several days at a time). After three weeks I stopped by the store to ask about my repair, to which the owner searched for my jewelry and again told me that my repair was next in line… I told the owner that I would like my jewelry back now repaired or not, to which he searched for my jewelry again and eventually told me that they did not know where it was… After OVER A MONTH for what was supposed to be a MAX 3 day repair, I recovered my wife’s necklace on September 20th 2022. I heard stories like this about K&K before going and I did not listen to those warnings. Please, if you want to keep your jewelry, don’t go to K&K’s"
