"Paul and Cristy are fantastic to work with and very down to earth. The pricing seems to be on par with or better than other jewelry stores plus you get that personal touch from the owners. I had a hard time finding a watch band that would fit my fat wrist and they came through even though we had to order several bands. They only charged me for the one that worked and sent the others back. Update: On June 5th, 2023 I decided I was going propose to my now fiance on our Key West trip the following week. Tuesday the 6th I went in with my plan and picked out a diamond, band, and setting. They next day aired in the band I picked out and Paul had the ring done on Wednesday the 7th! You seriously can't ask for or find better service than this."

"I’m so happy to share my experience here at Hugh’s. My wife and me were leaving the country and we need her new ring sized. Everyone told us it would take weeks to size her ring. However, Hugh told us they could do it in three days which would have been the day we left. Well to my surprise I received a text the next day that it was done.
