"My precious little Sofie is a long haired ragdoll cat and because of knee surgery I got behind on brushing her. Needlessly too say she had multiple small mats. Terra, even as busy as she was, took her in and renewed her. Don't know whom was happiest! So Thankful...she looks GREAT & more energetic now. Will see her regularly from now on!"
"I have to rate a two star because they hold my dog all day with no water I drop him off at 8 am he's always the last to leave Always. W gohen you give him water he drinks it like he's crossed the desert .I will add that there the best groomers any where The Best ! It just bothers me that they keep him all day if they not gonna touch him till 3 or 4 pm I could bring him then idk"
"They do a great job. Being a new pet owner I wasn't sure what to ask for when I took him in. I have a toy Yorkie and wasn't sure what kind of cut I wanted but I knew he needed groomed. They were very helpful."
"My two pups looked (and smelled) great! The service was fast and my pups were well taken care of while being groomed. My lab has come home very stressed when I've taken him to other groomers but not this time. I don't know what Pampered Pets did differently that the other groomers but it gives me peace of mind to take my pups there from now on"
