"I am about 3/4 of the way through physical therapy with Keith Ellis. I am delighted! This is not my first rodeo in PT but it is the absolute best experience! I was an active 71 year old who exercised regularly, hiked, biked, kayaked, walked, gardened and was very used to being physically active. Over the summer I had sudden pain and stiffness that worsened after sitting resulting in long pauses as I struggled to straighten up and walk. We were traveling a lot this summer and I was really struggling at times to do our planned activities. I shared my concerns and frustration with my PCP, Dr. Patrick Fleming. I am grateful to him for concluding it was not arthritis that suddenly worsened and recommended I try PT with Keith Ellis. I am so happy that Keith has gotten me well on my way to being the active person I was AND with reduced pain. He has provided therapy, tips and exercises to reduce pain and increase mobility; I have used them with great outcomes! I recently resumed low impact cardio, upper body strength and a little bit of hiking. Most impressive was today! I walked over 15,000 steps, 27 floors and over 5 miles with routine exercise and Christmas decorating! I began my day with recommended exercises, did stretches before and after exercise and several times during my Christmas decorating. I was able to walk up stairs rather normally and without pain! "Keith and his staff are the best. I've been to Innovative PT for two different issues. First for debilitating neck and shoulder pain to the point I was barely able to turn my head. Pain level 9 out of 10. The prescribed exercises (which I continue to do) strengthened the area and now I am pain free. The second time was for my hip which has been a problem for 20+ years. Again, the exercises did the trick. The staff is professional and made the experience fun. I was actually disappointed when I no longer needed them. I especially liked the individual personal attention. I wasn't just a number and a fee like some of the big chains. The staff cared about making me feel better. In the future I would ONLY go to Innovative for any PT I needed. Can't speak highly enough! It's a miracle I have no pain!"

"When you get that script for physical therapy you think ugh I do not want to do this right? Well I had surgery for my shoulder and my thumb in June and have been going to Innovative for my PT 5 days a week and when I can’t go I miss it. At this office you get personalized one on one care specific for your recovery. Keith, Nikki, Jen, Lisa, and Christy all have my healing as their priority. They treat my issues like a puzzle they need to solve and get super excited with my improvement. They really care about me and my recovery. This is so much better than the big corporation rehabs where you are only a number and no one knows your name let alone why your there unless they read your file. I love going to PT and I am so much more involved in my progress then I was at other physical therapy offices."

"I was very hesitant about trying more physical therapy as other places I had gone to caused more harm then good. So I was very open with my past experiences and they were amazing at coming up with a treatment plan that we both agreed on. They worked very cautiously until I felt comfortable with an exercise and did not push me to pain. It was one on one care and did not just tell me to do something and walk away to the next patient. They stayed with me and showed me what to do every time. I feel they really like what they do and is more then just a job. If I ever needed PT again I would call them no question."
