"I felt very heard during this visit! I typically feel dismissed or ignored after seeing a doctor, and I did not feel that way here at all! Also, the phlebotomist struggled getting blood; however, this does happen everywhere I go and it was no fault of the phlebotomist (I just have difficult veins). I warned her at the beginning, and instead of them not trying anything further, they sent me to the fishers location so I could still get the blood work done the same day. The phlebotomist there, Reggie, was AMAZING! He is the first person to ever be able to get my vein on the first try!! I was shocked! That has never happened, not even while in the ER. I cannot express enough how amazing Dr. Bolin is as well as Reggie!!"

"I've gone to the Fishers and Meridian offices of this practice for a long time and was always very satisfied. My doctor retired, and I knew that her replacement wouldn't be the same as her, so I tried to give her a chance. I'm extremely upset because she dismisses any of my concerns as "a normal part of aging" with very little advice on how to help relieve symptoms or prevent further problems. She didn't even do a complete exam at my last visit. This was the first time I'd been to the Noblesville location (I usually go to Fishers), and the exam room smelled like cigarette smoke, plus I could hear her entire conversation with the patient in the room next to mine. They weren't talking especially loudly, but the design of the building lets sound pass very easily between the adjacent exam rooms along the edge near the windows, almost as though it's not a real wall or it isn't actually connected to the exterior wall. I'm very upset and will probably be leaving this practice after over two decades as a satisfied patient. Edited to add: Her medical assistant called to answer my questions thoroughly and in a friendly manner, which was excellent and made me feel better. The next day, the doctor called me to discuss my concerns, which I appreciated; however, it made me feel really awkward, and she basically disagreed with what I said even though I remember very clearly what was and wasn't done during the exam. I've had many pelvic exams over the years and know the usual routine. She did offer for me to come back in for a free second visit, but there's no way I would feel comfortable doing that now."
