"Great doctor, really concerned with my well being. She went out if her way yesterday to do a quick breast examine on me when I went into her office to pick up a mammogram order due to a concern I had with my left breast. Being a medical professional myself, it meant a lot to me that she took the time even though I wasn't scheduled for an appointment. She makes me feel comfortable and attended too. I recommend her to anyone! Beth Villarreal"

"I had gone here about 4 years and had procedures done, follow ups & yearly checkups..I've had the exact same insurance all these yrs. I go for my routine appt, mind you, the front desk is less than inviting, makes me feel like they want to scan your retinas before acknowledging you. But after it seems like 5 min standing there unacknowledged, they open the glass door and tell me my copay is due and they need a copy of my insurance card. I had given it to my daughter who is out of town, didnt have it. I said it's exact as it was last time. Nothing has changed. I also said I'm very well versed in insurance so I'm not just saying that, as a joke. But I am. It's my industry. She, without a pause said "we will have to reschedule your appt if you don't have your card"........excuse me? If you check which I'm sure you do every appt you will see it's active. I haven't received a new insurance card in 3 yrs now. I don't have it. Then she asked, "can you get it and be back in 15 min?" No..I cannot. I also couldn't reach my daughter. She continued to make me feel awful and she was unapologetic about their policy and was rude. Finally after trying to explain I wouldn't have it in person for weeks as it would have to be mailed, I could email but it wouldn't be today, I was over it and said I had been a patient for 4 yrs, I've always paid my bill, I deserve better than to be treated like a 2 bit criminal who would stiff them the 25 copay because it would take her 5 min to verify insurance was active. She finally said I will have to wait until the Dr comes out to "see" if we would want to see you without the card". Really? It's worth all this hassle. Bye. I left and won't return. Less than 2 weeks later after no call or apology I got my dismissed as a patient forms. Trust and believe I would never recommend or return and anyone wanting to see Dr Pamela Seaman, she is rough and not gentle in her exams, to the point she removed my IUD, accidently during a procedure and had to get approved by company to replace at no charge. Like I would pay if they didn't. She did it! That should have been my first clue. My first 2 appts were fabulous and wonderful..it goes downhill from there so STAY AWAY, DR PAMELA SEAMAN ISNT WORTH THE "PAIN" OR THE RUDE STAFF, EXCEPT THE MEDICAL ASSISTANT WAS DECENT. FIND A BETTER FACILITY. WE DONT HAVE TO TOLERATE BAD CARE ANYMORE."

"Very nice! The MA was very nice. Dr. Seaman looked over my paper work. Good conversation. my exam went very well. This exam was not easy for me, but I felt very comfortable. The office staff is very nice and very well organized."

"I had a great experience with this doctor she was very friendly and really took the time to talk to me and help me with my first annual appt. Her staff was very friendly and even though the girl at the front desk was very busy, she went out of her way to explain everything to me and was so sweet and pleasant! Very happy"

"While Dr. Seaman seemed pretty decent, her staff is NOT. Someone from there office scheduled 2:00 p.m. appt for me, and when I went in, her receptionist was extremely rude, and told me my appointment was at 1:00 p.m. When I told her no, my card said 2:00 p.m., she sat there and argued with me, only to end with "well, someone messed up then because we do not schedule appointments at 2:00". I asked her, well if my appointment was at 1, why didn't someone call and say something. (Common sense!) The only response was "oh, we don't do that until the end of the day." She ended with "she can't see you today, can you come Monday?" I left, went home, verified my card, called back, and cancelled my appointment once it WAS confirmed it indeed said 2. If the receptionist would have approached it with tact, this review would have had a different outcome. Needless to say, I went to her because I was in pain, and I was supposed to get my test results. Glad to see that the receptionist was too lazy to get off of her butt to see the nature of my visit."
