"Dr. Adam is fantastic, some staff are wonderful as well, some staff not so much. Ordered glasses and now 2 weeks late of date to receive. When called to inquire, put on hold then placed into queue stating they “can not answer my questions at this time….. “ Customer no service currently. Left message with name/DOB, return number, and why I was calling. Still waiting for reply. Fingers crossed."

"They make you an appointment to get the glasses you order. Then you have to pay before you even see them. Then when they don't fit they don't have anyone that can fix them."
