"Worst facility I have ever had to deal with, involving medical bills. My insurance paid my claim in full. They have provided that info to Sorgi Sports on several occasions. Sorgi Sports actually owes me a check back. When they see this in their system, they say they will call me back. They never call back, then send me another bill. This place is practically a scam for people who need medical devices after a major surgery."

"My husband needed a piece of equipment after his surgery. During his surgery they had me sign for it and pay $150 assuring me that they had checked and our insurance would cover the rest. They said they got pre authorization but of course have no record of it. They are now charging us for the rest of the charge because our insurance denied. Do not believe them when they said they have checked with your insurance company!"
