"Are there any plans to add more equipment? You only have 4 ellipticals and one of those was not working as of last night. Would be nice if you added some new ones. Incline and decline chest machines would be nice to have as well. It’s a nice little gym but a lot of your equipment is outdated."

"I would be more willing to give this facility a higher ranking if they fixed the issues that the customers are bringing to their attention. I have been coming most of the summer before work and have yet to enjoy a shower with hot water. I have brought this to the staffs attention and even wrote it on the how we can help board. At this point, I'm convinced they just don't want to pay to have the heater fixed or they simply keep it turned off. I just wish there was more communication and follow through on requests. I would just like to enjoy a shower after my workout."

"I have been a member for a couple years and every single staff member has been outgoing and friendly. But then I met Eli a few days ago. He takes friendly to a different level. He is really very knowledgeable and I've worked twice with him training me. He has other clients but I wouldn't know it if I didn't see them from time to time. He has a way to be focused on your work and your goals when you're there. No matter the programs you have. No matter what promotions you have. The best asset a company can have is a customer facing representative like Eli. I have a renewed interest in this gym again after over 2 years because I got to meet him."
