"I give it one star because the lady over the high way construction program is so freaking rude and very unprofessional, not to mention the lady at the library is also unprofessional she assumed I am a young person and automatically was rude and was having a personal conversation with her co-worker and I just was standing there waiting on her to finish and I said hi and asked her a question and she had an attitude. I don't understand as to why is it their mission to be rude. The registration lady also has a problem, I introduced myself and she looked at me as if she don't give a damn who I was. I was being polite as I was raised. There is no need to even act this way toward a parent. Other than that security personnel , instructors and the dean are really nice people. They should replace the rude ladies replace them with people that are professional and willing to work."
