"I have my own authority and have used Pleasant /Online Transport for 2 1/2 years. While since they became Online they can't load me round trips Jeremy Kinneer and his dad Jerry at the Connellsville terminal have always kept me busy. That's not without problems arising because let's face it..... It's truckin. When I did have to wait I got detention, when I showed up and the load canceled I got a tonu, I've been late a few times and they have been understanding, if the truck broke in route they never gave me a hard time and have always tried to help in anyway. I've read these reviews and it really surprises me because my experience has been great dealing with Jeremy, Jerry, and Online Transport!"

"This company doesn't pay what they agree to and will not pay any detention. We tried many times calling and emailing them with no response. They are not honest and not professional. We booked a load with them and our truck got delayed by receiver for 4 days waiting to unload . They didn't reply to any emails or calls for 6 days and when they replied they said they wouldn't pay for detention. So we lost 4 days revenue sitting at receiver waiting to get unloaded and was not paid for detention."
