"Purchased an Apple Pencil in the end of November for my daughter for Christmas. I paid $80.00, asked the guy who cashed me out for confirmation it works and he said yes. I believed him like an idiot and threw away the receipt. Christmas Day my daughter tries to use it and it doesn’t work. Let it charge for a full day and still it doesn’t work. Take it back and told them, even said an exchange would be fine. They took my ID when I purchased it but supposedly Brandon couldn’t find that in his system and couldn’t find it by the serial# of the pencil either. Instead of doing the right thing he chose to say there was nothing he could do. Every retail company will exchange/return without a receipt. He just didn’t want to lose out $80 and have a broken pen. Needless to say, they lie don’t trust them and they definitely don’t run an honest business. Heads up. I’ll make sure to let everyone I know, know how they run their business. Shady place for sure."
