"Called about an order we placed that was told would be shipped to our house no later than Sept 2nd if not sooner and still haven’t received. No one seems to know what is going on where the order is located, who is in charge. Talked and even have emails from Tracy but when speaking to Tracy she tried to say it wasn’t her and hung up on me. Very poor customer service to someone who would spend hundreds of dollars at this store if it wasn’t for this poor service!!!!! Sad to say I have given them many chances to correct their mistake and it’s not yet corrected!!!! My kids just want this hoodies they order with their own money!!!"

"Outstanding service!! I went in to the store at 9am with an urgent need for screen printed t-shirts. They had the sizes I needed in stock and said the shirts would be ready by 4pm. They actually had them ready at 2pm!! Thank you Team Image!!"

"I placed an order on Friday the 19th and was told I could pick-up on the 26th. Today is the 30th and my order is still not ready. They Jade, Tina, or Ann didn't bother to call and inform us the order is behind. They are unprofessional. Customer service is horrible. I've asked for a refund and had to tell them to send an email with a receipt showing the refund. Ann the acting manager says oh yes let me make a note of that. Is it just me or that's what you doing handling folks money? We've had the same issues in the past and just let it go. They will not get any more of the Indy Steelers Youth Organization business. If anyone has another company please let me know. I will do the same"
