"My little girl went in for her first eye exam with Dr. Laura Bonds and EVERYONE was AMAZING!!! Everyone was so kind and helpful with my little girl! As soon as we checked in, she was taken straight back. From there we never waited on any part of the process. Dr. Laura Bonds was so sweet! It seemed they were using the latest technology and they all seemed very knowledgeable."
"I had an appointment at 10 and my husband at 10:30. I booked work calls around that time and they came and took my husband back first instead. When I asked the girl at the front desk about it, stating that I was getting the 10am reminders and my husband was getting the 10:30- curious as to why he went back first, she just said “yes ma’am” seemingly like what I was saying was correct but no regards or explanation as to why. I had to cancel so I wouldn’t miss my work calls when if they would’ve kept our appointments like they were booked, we could’ve both been seen. If he was going to be seen first, he should’ve been booked at 10 and me at 10:30 so I could’ve planned accordingly. Will not reschedule here."
"Dr. Carrie and Dr. Laura are two of the BEST optometrist. They both truly take pride in their degree and it shows for sure! They want the best for each and every individual. I’m not saying this because I’m an employee but I’m giving a 100% honest review. I highly recommend them to any and all of my family and friends!! The NEW office is absolutely BEAUTIFUL & the NEW optical area has so many options to choose from!"
