"Great sales pitch, vague approach. Hesitant to discuss costs and details. Delayed scheduling, frequently cancelled scheduled lessons, management unresponsive to emails and texts to both instructors and students. When discussing concerns with instructors, they agreed and stated they can not get a response either. Consequently, Alpha Flight was unable to deliver quality programming as promised and we wasted thousands of dollars and months of training."
