"I would not recommend this place. Driving sessions were scheduled and they kept going to the wrong house. I kept requesting the day off to make sure I was there for my kid's session. I tried calling the office no one answered. I called all day on the Monday after each session until someone answered. Each time the receptionist didn't apologize, she simply said well I gave the wrong address and we can reschedule. During a session, the driver was impatient and rude to my kid which only made him more nervous. The instructor got mad and cut the session short and didn't give the full hour. Would not recommend the Highland location."
"When I was learning how to drive at this place, the instructors were nice and very informative. On the other hand, a few months later I've noticed they hired a new receptionist named Monica and she was very short with me when I tried to schedule a drive and overall had a bad attitude over the phone as if she really didn't want to help me. Y'all need to chose wisely when you hire new people here because that's a turn-off and can tarnish your brand."
