"We had a really bad experience at the Greenwood location. The guy working there (I wish I caught his name) was extremely rude and not helpful at all!! This is our first year with a pool and so we had questions about winterizing, etc. We had already booked the service but had questions about if we needed certain supplies in advance. He didn’t seem to want to help and was rude from the start. When we left, without getting answers, my husband commented to me as we were walking out the door that “he was done with that guy”. That guy had been following us out the door and asked what he said. My husband told him and said that he didn’t show good customer service. The employee at that point told us to “get the hell out of my store”! Worst customer service we had experienced! We will still use the pool closing service but we will definitely find a different pool supply store! That guy is a detriment to your store!"

"They’ve been taking care of my pool for years except this year put a call in to fix my filter two months ago and never received a call back."

"We hired this company to open our pool for the season. I had questions about what they did during the opening since I am a new pool owner and it didn't appear they did anything. I repeatedly asked to have a conversation with me so I could get a better understanding, they refused to speak with me. During the 15+ email exchanges, I wrote that I am looking for a long term relationship and I would appreciate it if someone would help me understand some things. Their response was that I could take a class for new pool owners for a $250 charge. They would not tell me what elements of, "opening the pool," were actually accomplished, instead they repeatedly resent the technicians notes, which I didn't understand. I had to look up what opening the pool entailed because they wouldn't give me that breakdown through our email exchanges. Ultimately, the original owner of the house had to go open it and add chemicals because they had not, but I was still charged $419. It is not clear to me if this was a real person with terrible skills in customer service or if it was AI and didn't understand what I was asking. Instead of a 5 minute conversation, I spent hours emailing back and forth asking the same questions that never got answered. The customer service for this company is the worst I've experienced in many years. I wouldn't walk away from using this company, I would run."

"Our pool was installed by POF many years ago. We’ve been going here for years to get water tests and $1000s of chemicals and supplies. Today we are DONE! The 2 men working were rude and very disrespectful!Their chemicals are often very expensive compared to other local stores, and we will not be back! I’m happy to take my business elsewhere because I will not be treated like I was."
