"Cardio is not my favorite, live soccer is! Dominating in soccer means facing my cardio demons. When cardio was lagging in my post-holiday funk, soccer was the only thing that could get me moving. Imagine my delight when I discover this great cardio training while also getting an insane number of touches on! "this place seems to have a good vibe and is certainly worth the time for those seeking out getting additional touches with the ball to complement a comprehensive training approach to football. I am going to go ahead and recommend it especially for those that have a focus on a first touch and quick release the seems to be their strike zone but I would like to see a bit more attacking emphasized in their classes"
