"Really bad customer service. I ordered 2 month ago a holster and called multiple times, send multiple emails and texted. If you call you end on a answer machine. Absolutely avoid this shop. Have to work with my credit card company to get my money back. Buyer beware. Update 2024 - They never responded to my credit card company so my credit card company refunded me. Absolutely horrible experience."

All I would ask from them is some basic communication would make people feel a lot better Especially since they are still accepting orders on their website and accepting payment for expedited orders that they are not fulfilling sorry for the bad review, but it is horrible customer service to ignore your Customers, but not ignored their payment."

"I recently purchased my second holster and pocket mag holder from Stephen and his team. I have tried just about every type of holster and they all have their downsides. In general though, they are all relatively similar in male. Until you get a Proteq holster. These are not like anything else out there. My priorities for a holster are 1: retention(safety), 1.5: conceal ability 2: comfort. I ordered the CUP and it was custom made for my pistol set up. They interacted with me throughout the whole process making sure everything was right. There isn't a better holster out there, or a better team to do it. "I almost never leave reviews, but these guys are so good I felt that I had to. I've used a lot of holsters but none compare to the build quality of the ProTEQ custom gear. These holsters are overbuilt, and no doubt will provide years and years of service. They are 100% worth the cost, without a doubt. Out of the box it not only fits perfectly and is beyond comfortable, but I legitimately forgot that I had it on until my hip bumped into something. The grip positioning is perfect, full purchase on the gun when you draw, and super secure. The leather backing really adds another layer of quality as well, as it will mold to your form over time and just get better. It's really a fantastic product."
