"An utterly atrocious school in the elementary level when it ranks C or lower in 8 of the last 10 school years by the state of Indiana. Also ranking D level in 2016. Going to the administration office of the now combined Bradie Shrum Elementary School is a laugh. In fact, the staff needs to be trained in proper logic and intelligence. Recently, I took my son into school to the office at 745 am. Despite the fact he was at school 40 minutes before start time, the lady in the office told me that if I signed him into school it would have made him late. Hmmm, how is someone late for school if they were signed in 40 minutes before start time. What kind of incompetent fools do they have running Bradie Shrum when they make comments like that. This simply isn't any longer a very good school like it was when I attended it nearly 30 years ago. Too many dead on their rear end administrators and teachers that simply are there to strut around and think they look good rather than teaching the students. It seems that with a lot of them they are just there to get a paycheck and a pretty good one at that in most cases since the average teacher makes about 55k a year there. In academics, it seems that they aren't terribly focused on that seeing that from 2006 to 2016 they have ranked at a C level 8 out of 10 years including since 2009 to be ranked at a C level by the state. Not to mention in 2016, the school fell even further to a D level. Of course, the administration made a plethora of excuses why the school couldn't properly succeed such as outdated computers and a failing network of computers. Of course, other schools in Indiana have been getting A and B rankings for years and doing it year after year. Administration has more excuses than I've ever seen for poor performance"
