"Mr. Brown Jr. is very good at what he does; however, I would not recommend him if you own a small business. He is great with the small stuff, his patience is just VERY short for being in this (service) industry. We have always tried to go above and beyond making it as easy as possible on him when preparing our taxes; however, the last straw was drawn today when I called in with a simple "yes or no" payment question when he jumps down my throat. Just not very professional in my opinion and I would not recommend him to anyone."
