"i called uptown smokes to inquire about pricing and was told that pricing wasn't available over the phone. upon visiting the shop i was informed that this policy was in place seemingly to prevent competitors from calling and attempting to match or undercut their prices a practice that unfortunately appears more like a shady tactic to drive foot traffic than a customer-oriented approach. while i understand the need for businesses to protect themselves against competition the explanation felt outdated. in an era where consumers value transparency and convenience this policy appeared to prioritize caution over adapting to evolving customer expectations. the notion that competitors could gain an edge simply by knowing the prices seemed antiquated and out of touch"

They were super communicative, so so nice and very understanding. The rig is so pretty, and very high quality. They have so much variety in store as well! 12/10 recommend."
