I asked to speak with an owner or manager...all were out for the day. The secretary assured me I would receive a call the next morning. No-one ever returned my call. The service man in charge is professional & we appreciate his service. The front door secretary was very friendly, fresh coffee & freshly popped popcorn was available & they didn't mind that I brought my Boston Terrier inside with me to wait for repairs."
