"Think it's safe to declare this my new go-to bicycle shop! Adding a new bicycle to my little vehicle fleet has been way overdue. That was until a stop at BGI South a few months ago. Looking for a new hybrid, a Giant Escape 3 caught my eye. Like any respectable bike shop, test rides are permitted. Although the desired color wasn't readily available in my size, one was ordered to the shop within a week by a kindly salesman, Riley. Soon enough, a new two-wheel that I can't stop riding was mine! In a later visit, I stopped in due to an issue with a quick-release wheel stem. The problem was that the end nut would only tighten so far before the plastic cap would free spin without tightening. When dropping in & notifying a clerk, he was able to run it to the maintenance area right away, did a bit of work, & replaced the nut. Not only that, but he gave me an extra quick-release stem in case the repair didn't work. What service, and at no charge! Remarkable service, and a nice array of bikes and accessories! A must for anyone into bicycling!"
