"I had a great experience there, the staff was very helpful and upbeat. Our CSR was Christy and she helped us get our daughter a pediatric wheelchair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

"Former Employee of Alick’s - Specifically the Plymouth Store but worked in Plymouth, Warsaw, Elkhart, and South Bend. Since I cannot get an email or call back, I am resorting to this. Let’s start this review off expressing company wide flaws. 1) They don’t care about the employees nor really the patients either, only about how much money you would bring to the company. 2) favoritism is strong within this company, if you are not a stand out, you are literally dirt. 3) Pay - no matter how much work you do, they will under pay you. Whether that be doing the job of 2 people or traveling to help different stores, you will not be compensated. Also, my last two checks before I quit were shorted, (they didn’t know I was quitting) and I am still needing the $80 in mileage that I submitted. 4) even if it is illegal(not being certified or having the proper training), they will still have you do it, especially for money. On the flip side, they will have HR come to you and talk to you about what you need (supplies, training, etc.) and get your hopes up for change, yet, nothing changes. Now I am going to break down the Plymouth Store, overall a good little team - but there are some flaws. Manager will advocate for you in situations that better you and the team, until it doesn’t go her way. I was shunned and almost ignored by her for almost 2 weeks, until 2/14/24 which was the day I quit, but was Valentine’s Day so we were all gift exchanging and love was in the air. I don’t think she realizes she was doing it, but she was treating me the way she treated a different lady who was fired. She is a good manager, do not get me wrong, but again, I don’t know if she realizes she does these things. Another flaw, manager would advocate for a particular tech (granted we only had two and needed him) almost bending over backwards for him, but wouldn’t or couldn’t do the same for the CSR’s - but I was an onlooker, I don’t know the details and this was me looking in and how I felt. The other girls on the team, aside from AR, could use a raise. They work really hard and try their best. The tech’s also need a raise for how much work they do and the service’s they provide. Again, I couldn’t reach HR via email nor phone - wouldn’t return my calls or emails and was also pushed away by the owner. Hopefully this helps others."

"My very special 98 year old grandma was having some trouble with her oxygen line. They were very patient and troubleshooted with me on the phone. I was still having some trouble and Larry came out that day to make sure everything was ok! Great experience and appreciate the help!"
