"Disappointed in service! I bought my Airstream from Woodland Airstream in Grand Rapids, MI. It was a good experience. I took my Airstream to the Lebanon, IN for service because it was closer. The service manager would not respond to the majority of my emails and when he did it was short responses with little to no information. I felt as though I was inconveniencing him. I recently went to Airstream in Jackson Center to have to same problem they had worked on to be fixed again. I was told by the service tech at Jackson Center that the Lebanon service department had done the work poorly and incorrect. In addition, I have never had any problems with getting a timely response from anyone at the Grand Rapids location!"

"My Airstream Caravel 16RB suffered hail damage recently. I drove it to Woodland Airstream where I left it for evaluation. Erin Dierdorf, Service Assistant at Woodland, met me there and walked me through the necessary steps for repairs. She kept me informed throughout the process of estimating repair costs, filing insurance claim, contacting adjustor and appraiser. In the end, the repair costs rendered the trailer totaled. While I am disappointed that our sweet Caravel will not be repaired, I am so relieved that Erin was there to keep the process on track. I was never pressured or made to feel uncomfortable about the situation. I would not hesitate to recommend Woodland Airstream for your next purchase.
