"Doc Roberts is great. He doesn't overcharge, is fair, and doesn't sugar coat anything. He tells it like it is and explains the best options, honestly. Our 15 year old pitbull has cancer. A lot of vets would put her through a ton of unnecessary tests and procedures that ultimately wouldn't do any good. Doctor Roberts didn't suggest any of that. He offered a remedy to keep her happy and comfortable for as long as possible, but was upfront about possible outcomes."
"Took my puppy there when he was less than 4 months old to be told he had parvo. This was Friday afternoon and my baby was left there all weekend without an IV or anything. They finally gave him an IV when he was worse and passed away Tuesday night! Will never take any animal to this place again! They were the only ones that answered the phone when I was calling around."

They truly understand that your pet isn't just an animal but they are family. Dr. Robin Roberts is an outstanding vet. He is about quality of life for your pet. If there is a chance to heal them he will do all he can. However if there is nothing they can do he will be honest with you and discuss all the options."
