"I stopped in to get some cigars for my grandfather’s funeral. He used to love cigars, so to honor his memory we all decided to smoke one after the wake . The lady was extremely nice. She was very empathetic, listened to what I had to say and went out of her way to help me. She gave me a great deal, she was also very knowledgeable about all the cigars. Thank you for your help, it’s hard to find great customer service these day ."

"I usually come to this place when I’m in need of hookah supplies at the last minute and they’ve always been helpful (except when “the woman with dark hair” works). Today was my last straw with her and how she closes the shop long before the advertised time. I was at work and had my colleague call the store around 5:20pm on 7/19 to confirm what time they’d close today and the woman confirmed that they close at 6:30pm. I got in my UBER and talked to my driver about how I needed to get the store before they close at 6:30pm and she got me there at 6:18pm. When I got there the sign out front was gone and the door was closed. I knocked and signaled to the woman that I just needed a few hookah flavors and charcoal but she signaled that she was closed and couldn’t open the door. THE STORE STILL HAD 12MINS BEFORE THEY CLOSED BUT SHE REFUSED TO LET ME IN! Every experience I’ve had with her has been disengaging and she’s always sitting down and on her phone - doesn’t even look you in the eye half the time when you’re checking out. She never asks me if I need assistance or anything, she just watches me. This experience was very different from the one I had on Monday with the young man that was very helpful and even recommended some new things for me to try! He was great, please keep him. HE IS THE REASON I’VE CONTINUED TO COME BACK TO THE STORE."
