We had a water leak at our place of business which first required a restoration service to totally remove the flooring in all but three rooms of the building. Hoover General Contractors then had to replace the underlayment, then paint and then install laminate flooring. Thank goodness for insurance. The total cost between the mitigation and the restoration was over $50,000. The stress and the down time for our business (over two months) were overwhelming at times – but we now have a beautiful new floor and fresh paint throughout.
