"I have BC/BS insurance did all the prep for the procedure, this morning at check-in I had to pay $500 upfront before the doctor seem me. I wished they would have told me before came. Sometimes providers do that, I guess they thought they wasn't going to get paid, when they file the claim I'll called the insurance company to see If I qualify for a refund. Overall friendly staff just want use them again."
