"I would not recommend this place. He doesn’t use genuine apple parts which wouldn’t be a big deal for me if the parts worked but unfortunately that isn’t the case. You can tell he gets cheap parts. I got my screen and battery replaced by him and my phone is worse than when I brought it to him. I have been having “ ghost touches” and sometimes my phone screen will not allow me to unlock it. My phone has been getting hot and it is at low battery by lunch time. I went to him and expressed my concerns and he proceeded to argue with me on how it is working even if the battery dies before the end of the day. Even though he didn’t touch the vibration in my phone, it now sounds like I have a duck in my phone when it vibrates. All around I am VERY disappointed. Go to Best Buy! They are authorized apple technicians who use genuine apple parts and aren’t too much more."
"My iPhone 10r would not charge. The iPhone Whisperer immediately went to work and cleaned the charging port and now it works perfect. I was thinking he'd need to keep it a day or so, BUT not so. I was out of there in 5 min.!"
"Offered the best price to replace my iPhone screen. Literally took 10-15 minutes to replace and I was done. Guy was super nice and professional. If I need a screen replacement ever again- this is where I will go and recommend everyone else to."
