"I saw Dr. Jackson, who did a brachioplasty for me. I could not be more pleased! He is extremely caring, compassionate, and knows what he is doing. His staff was so caring and kind from the first minute I was there. I was nervous on surgery day, but the staff at Capital Street surgical center were amazing. I was immediately put at ease and the entire process was fabulous! If you want plastic surgery, GO! "IDr. Lowery injected a competing brand of botox in my forehead which has caused drooping eyelids. One is more severe than the other. I would not recommend this doctor."

Giving them another try, I went back, last week for an open house, and now, I am experiencing a dropping eyelid from a botox injection. I called to let Dr. Lowery know and I never received a call back. A lack of caring and professional skills."
