"I have been a member for many years. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I would have given a 5-star rating except for the recent, horrendous rebrand. That, in itself, deserves a negative 5! I certainly hope they quickly do another one. Forcing the new cards on everyone only added insult to injury! I won't give a lower rating to the branch, only because they are great and have no control over the branding. I can only assume it was designed by a color blind person with absolutely no artistic sense or style!"

"Disappointed with the forcing of the new debit cards on customers because of the new re-brand. I don't want to carry these new cards around and use them anywhere. I will be looking to take my business elsewhere in the coming days because I'm embarrassed by this look and being associated with this at all. Worst re-brand I've ever seen and talking with others, nobody seems to like it. I'm giving a 2 star because I hate giving 1 stars as people's livelihoods are on the line. But I feel -5 stars about this rebrand look. It's been in effect for several months, I'm still not used to it and I want to run in the other direction from this entire situation. Hopefully the powers that be will right the ship, course correct and do a re-brand on the re-brand because this is repulsive, or just go back to the old brand, that would be a HUGE improvement. I'm sorry but someone needs to speak the truth here."

"Came in to open up a CD. Was told the wait would be 15 to 45 minutes. Only one staff was authorized or capable to open new accounts. 4 to 5 employees present with very few customers. After waiting nearly an HOUR, asked again and was told it would be at least 45 minutes. Walked out. Apparently there is no cross training at this branch."

"The cashier's need to learn how to speak to people.... Very rude!!!! I couldn't even read the signs on walls cause the lady was telling me to get in line. So rude! I didn't even need to talk to cashier. The walk-in here sucks!"

"Completely worthless. BAD BANK! STAY AWAY!! Their app is bad. Their employees are poorly trained. The supervisor is poorly trained. The ops center doesn't know what they're talking about. The recommendations provided did not work. Stuck at their mercy until they can figure themselves out. Beyond furious. Wasted so much time on incompetence."
