"I had low expectations walking in due to some of these heated reviews, but I had a great experience at this practice. Very caring physician who took plenty of time answering all of my questions and did a really gentle minor surgery. Very kind and caring nurse. All the front desk staff are sweet and personable. Had a minor insurance snafu and everyone was apologetic and helpful. It's a bit rare to get treated like a person at doctor's offices these days, rather than a number on an insurance card. I'm glad to have found my new dermatologist!"

"My husband and I had the worst experience here! You are just a number here and only care about making money and overcharged us. Go to a local place that's not a corporation. Do NOT recommend!"

"If you want children to handle your care, this is the place to go! The management is all in their 20’s and run off pure emotion and not business. I heard the manager talking about an employee. I do not know how a lawsuit hasnt been slapped on these young ladies yet but save your time and money. Doctors are good but unfortunately the petty staff ruins it. Save your money!"

"Janelle and an assistant (So sorry I don't remember her name. Stress.) were so kind and patient with my dad today. He needed a growth on his head removed. He's 92, has dementia and is a difficult patient. They dealt with him sensitively and with respect despite his behavior. Can't thank them both enough."

My boyfriend is a lifelong indy resident who actually used to go to a different dermatologist for a very long time until I recommended this office.
