"The nastiest place to rent. They have roaches like crazy, an they will not fix they need to be sued, I’m surprised no one has gotten sick. I rent an apartment now from them an it’s the worst."
"Property went downhill over the years I lived with them and things were not repaired as they should have been. Heater was eventually shut down because Atmos who found a gas leak...this forced them to finally fix it. There was a brown recluse problem and it never got better. They often showed up asking for rent that had already been paid they just didn't keep good records. Thankfully I always had my records. They are money hungry and try to get away with the cheapest fix possible."
"I’m renting from them now and our heater has broken again. We had the same problem last winter also. Our dryer has gone out numerous times because they have refused to fix the true problem. My family and I are moving soon and I wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone."
"Always welcoming. If you treat them right, they will treat you right. Very friendly staff. They manage a lot of properties! So sometimes it will take time to get to your request. But all problems are took care of in a timely manner. I've never had a problem with anything and they just ignore it. Always fixed within a weeks time."
