"I have lived all over the United States and have experienced many different apartment complexes and their management team. I have to say that my experience with Bradford Pointe has been nothing less than phenomenal. Rachel was so helpful in getting me the apartment I wanted. She’s definitely an asset to the company. Also, let me mention the maintenance team. These gentlemen are amazing and I appreciate their dedication to fixing any issues I have had. It’s hard to find hard working professionals now. I hope you appreciate them and let them know what a great job they are doing. They deserve a raise!!"

"This place is cheap if your looking for a place to stay in Eville cheaper than most.. but it has big roaches crawling along the sidewalks outside at night (HUGE)! My boyfriend and I have been living at Bradford for about 8 months now and can’t wait to break the lease. I’ve rented at 3 complexes in this city and this is my least favorite. Asked staff about my concerns w/ the nasty bugs and mice and we were told they have a company treat regularly. I’ve been here almost a year and have seen more vermin than I can count. You seriously need mouse traps all over and if you have kids that isn’t easy. I don’t feel safe here for me or my kids. Don’t let ur kids use the playground unatteneded because shady people are always out here. Look elsewhere to rent, the price isn’t worth it."

"I have lived here for quite sometime. This so far is the best management team I have experienced. Anytime I reach out about an issue it is addressed quickly and efficiently. I have never had pest. As an individual with a disability my needs are always met and I deeply appreciate how management is trying to clean up the grounds from all the tenensts who refuse to clean up after their pets. This management team is the first I have ever experienced to do this."
