"The manager Brittany is beyond amazing. She really cares and will help fix anything. Any problems just let her know and they're here right fix it the next day. I was worried about needing a cosigner moving here but I was accepted by myself since I work right down the road. My stay here, for past few months, has been leaps and bounds above my last apartment a couple blocks down the road. I'll be here for awhile. It's cozy, it's comfortable, it's quiet, there cats around that everyone loves....it's just a great place to be. I really wish I would've moved here first when I moved up here but either way I'm happy I'm here now. Great place. Rents due on the 1st but not late until the end of the business day on the 5th which is 10 times better than my last very slimy landlord. Stay away from him and come here instead!"

"Brittany was very helpful during the lease process. Keep in mind I'm not from the Evansville area originally, but from all accounts from coworkers it's a nice neighborhood. The price is great to me and it's only a 20 minute commute to work."
"My son lives there and enjoys it very much! He has a place to Call home for him and his young family! His 1st time out on his own! I'm proud of him for being independent!"
