"Literally went here 2 times in the past year for newly diagnosed asthma (moderate) First off I went back in I think November to see the doctor. He did explain things whenever I had questions which I appreciate that, but there was no asthma action plan for me to follow. It was "call the office and they'll tell you what to do if you have a asthma attack or if your number fall below normal on peak flow. " So okay, I did. They returned my call HOURS later and was confused on why I was calling to use my own nebulizer. Thats because the dr told me that I should haven't to use my nebulizer at all anymore... they also said they usually tell everyone the same thing when it comes to nebulizer. (Everyone is diffrent though) Which I wouldn't have to use a rescue ethier if it was well controlled... so i get that part. anyways, I am leaving the office and he tells the nurses right as soon as he goes to another patient "that was a lot" and I instantly heard it bc he was literally right there in front of me.. I found that rude. Because no one had told me anything about asthma at previous places they'd just treated it the best they could. Second time I went in I seen another Dr that was there. She was OK she was nice towards me... but then my insurance stopped covering the med I was on and I had to make a dreaded phone call to the office... and literally they told me " you're young you'll figure out how to use the inhaler" and prescribed it to be at a high dose. (The wrong dose which they didn't tell me after I later messaged them about it bc it was not going to last 30 days which is what the refill said ) Anyways the point of this is because this is my experience here with this clinic and I don't recommend for people with asthma. . . Better off seeing a specialist. I know people are more likely to leave bad Reviews but this is my experience take it as you wish I guess."
