"Law firms are shady but this one takes first place. They never answer emails and when you call the person on the other end talks to you like they are mad at you for asking questions about a settlement from 3 years ago and a case that took 8 years to settle for a minute amount. All they do is come up with excuses as to why they never want to give the settlement. When they give you a time frame you need to adjust it another 4 years. I truly despise this law firm and you will to. Unfortunately there’s no recourse. BBB won’t take the complaint because it’s a recent settlement. I hope this helps someone before they make a huge mistake with this bad attitude law firm."

"I called this law office because I was referred by the Alabama Bar Association to Mr. Terry Turner, which told me the lawyer would be familiar with the referral requirement for an initial consultation session for $50. Michelle was the administrative assistant who wrote down the summary of my case. However, when I called back, she had the facts of the case distorted so was not working from the right information. When I mentioned this, she told me that Mr. Terry Turner had said I would have to pay a $3,000 retainer if I wanted to proceed with talking to him. I told her that the Alabama Bar Association said he should be familiar with the $50 consultation fee for the first meeting. She said he hadn't offered that. I said that if that was the case that I would have to report him to the Alabama Bar Association for not holding up the referral agreement. She said she would talk to him and call me back. When I still had not heard from her the next day and called again, she said she told me the day before that he could not take the case (which isn't true as she had said I could pay $3,000 and proceed to talk to him). I told her that he could not possibly know if he could take the case or not because the information she had given him was not accurate, and I would like to schedule the consultation session. She became livid, said she would talk to him and call me back, and hung up the phone abruptly. After this experience, I would not recommend this law firm."

"You call and they NEVER return your call. This company gets the case and when they win they sit on the money getting interest off the money and gives their clients EXCUSES as to why they haven't paid them yet. My case was won and it's been well over 7 months and I still have yet to receive my money."

"Horrible!!!! I wouldnt recommend these people to settle for a dog. Jennifer Blakenship has an unprofessional attitude. If you ask her anything, she will over talk you because obviously what she says RULES! This type of behavior may be due to pregnancy issues. Either way this is unacceptable."

"I hired Eddie Sexton in January, 2016 on a horse consignment issue. Mr Sexton blanantly mislead and lied to me throughout his representation. Continues to lie to current attorney, Margaret Young of Auburn , trying to settle all matters at hand."
