"This makes twice now that proper blood work was not ordered primarily for thyroid. The reason for my visits is for the thyroid. First time it was nearing my appointment date and I realized I had not been given blood orders. Had to push out appointment in order to have time to get blood work done prior to appointment. 2nd time I took my blood orders to lab; had appointment a few days later and doctor says “I don’t have blood work here for the thyroid”. I couldn’t believe it. And now I live 1 1/2 hours away from Evansville. Very poor coordination."

"I like Dr. Bhatia very much. He is genuine and compassionate. He takes his time to answer all my questions and explains everything in a way that I could understand. The nurses are wonderful. My only complaints would be that occasionally there's a very long wait in the office. But obviously that could be because he is taking his time with another patient. The other complaint is getting an appointment in a reasonable time is difficult."
