That's really dirty because she wasn't getting that much back to begin with. "I'm sure the other people at HR block do great but the older white lady with short white hair and glasses was SO RUDE! When my husband was trying to make sure she didn't shuffle our paperwork up (which she did she put ours and someone else's together) she told him he was lying multiple times and we have used HR block for multiple years but won't anymore because of her! She was so rude we just left and went to Jackson Hewitt!!"
