"I have lived at Wildwood Village this coming November will be 15 years. There mustn't be any Office Staff because they never answers the Phone or call you back when you leave a message. This once beautiful complex has become an eyesore with big cracks in the sidewalk, Residents just throwing trash any and everywhere, increasing the Rent but not renovating the Apartments even with new carpet or painting them when the State Law says those are the Basic things that need to be done every 5 years."

"I've lived here for over 4yrs and I just renewed my lease for another year. The few neighbors I speak to in my building are friendly. The complex has gone thru several staff changes and is currently under new management. Even though they're still updating the property, the staff is very helpful, especially Nayeli Chavez, the Property Manager. She's very understanding and thorough in explaining what is going on with the new management. They're very quick on taking care of maintenance requests. The only thing I don't like is the roaches that appear whenever someone in the building moves out and I have to call in a pest control request. I wish Goggle would update the map because my deliveries are constantly being sent to the wrong address. In my opinion, I won't find another complex that cares about keeping me as a resident like Wildwood Village Apartments."

"The leasing manager Nayeli is awesome, she has great people skills. Very professional and friendly. She explained everything to us in detail and didn't leave out anything. I wish more Leasing managers were helpful like she was, so happy to be moving in this place. Thank you Nayeli for going above and beyond to insure a home for my family."

"I have been a resident since 2015, and at first the apartments were fine but drastically went downhill overtime. I've been a resident longer than all of the staff that has worked in the office. Overtime, diversity has become very wide across the apartments and in the office especially in the Latin- American field. Not to sound prejudice at all, but there's definitely some perks for the Latin Americans as opposed to everyone else. Nayeli Chavez has been very passive about the concerns I've brought to her numerous times. From the broken cabinet in my daughter's upstairs bedroom. To the mold by the vent upstairs and the halfway paint job in the shower. My carpet is so old the stains match the color of the carpet. There's no lights in the hallways of the apartments. The pool hasn't been used in two years, but the Latin American company contractor's they sent in just made renovations to the new pool deck during the fall and winter while we haven't been able to swim in two years. Maintenance literally fixes nothing around the apartment. Apparently, money orders or cashier checks aren't accepted for Rent payments for reasons unknown. Speaking of Rent, the price has increased tremendously to the point its almost impossible to pay for it and bills. The price has went up, but the conditions and renovations have yet to be made. There's a raccoon and possum infestation and myself and visitors have even been attacked by the raccoons. The geese are also another problem during mating season and attacking people. The neighbors are incredibly loud and disruptive I can clearly hear their conversations in my living room. Security is never there my daughter's vehicle was broken into right in front of the apartment. I've asked several times for the direct contact to Corporate, however all Ms. Chavez has done is provided a number that doesn't connect me to Corporate. The potholes are unsafe and will damage your vehicle. They regularly will send tow company's to your car rather than following through with work orders."
