"The breeder we bought our puppy from took him here for his puppy shots and his rabies shots. We have since moved out of state and could not locate the paper work for his rabies shot record. I have called this clinic on 2 different occasions asking if they could email me or text me a photo of his record. They have stated plainly that they have no ability to email me or text me his record and more importantly they cannot even locate his shot record. This is amateur book keeping practices and incredibly behind the times. I would not recommend going here. Horrible customer service."
