"I would leave negative stars if I could soley based off the disrespectful nature and nastiness of the receptionist. My mom simply wanted to straighten an insurance situation out for my sister and all she could talk about was the amount my sister owed the office. And my mom said she will gladly pay that but wanted to just talk about the insurance. And she just continued to be rude and nasty. It was less than $100 she owed and my sister has mental health issues. The lack of compassion, grace and mercy this lady possess is absolutely astounding. If you have loved ones with issues like that and need a caring and compassionate office, I’d go elsewhere. Dr. Kirkwood is so nice and a great doctor. It is just very unfortunate who is running the phones and front desk… we need advocates in the medical field. Not greedy people just wanting pennies. They’re gonna get paid. You’d think they’d want to be kind especially to the insurance professionals. Which she was rude to them too."
